Service Now Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications and their workflows

• Set up tables, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications

• Create Flow Designer workflows and automated processes

• Configure Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, permissions, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

• Generate reports, dashboards, filters, and data exports

• Develop and maintain integrations for ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support

• Create technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD (considered a plus)

• Proficient in Flow Designer/Workflow

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes

• Familiar with ACL, RBAC, ServiceNow security, reporting, dashboards, and integrations

• Experience in testing, deployment, and providing production support

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
