Service Lead – Test Automation Platform Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Act as the Tricentis Service Lead / Test Automation Platform Lead for the organization.

• Develop and implement the Tricentis platform strategy along with a multi-year roadmap, focusing on automation maturity and AI-driven testing capabilities.

• Spearhead the enterprise-wide adoption of Tricentis across Enterprise Services (ES), the PST program, and various Business Units (BUs).

• Create governance structures, standards, operating models, and best practices for test automation at the enterprise level.

• Streamline and unify test automation frameworks, reusable assets, and processes throughout all departments.

• Enhance platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence within the Tricentis ecosystem.

• Maximize business value and minimize costs by optimizing enterprise licensing, vendor relationships, and consumption models.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level metrics, quality dashboards, and targets for adoption.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Services, PST leadership, Business Units, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.

• Oversee enterprise prioritization, planning, governance reviews, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting for automation projects.

• Communicate platform strategy, investment proposals, and business results to senior leadership.

• Eliminate cross-functional obstacles to facilitate strategic automation projects and expedite platform adoption.

• Partner with Tricentis leadership on product roadmaps, innovation, licensing, and enterprise initiatives.

• Assess and adopt emerging capabilities, including AI-driven testing, autonomous testing, and intelligent quality engineering.

• Establish Tricentis as the standard for quality engineering automation within the enterprise by promoting adoption, standardization, and scalable process development across RTX.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience.

• Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale test automation programs with a solid technical understanding of Tricentis tools, platforms, and automation features.

• Ability to define and implement platform strategies, governance models, and operational frameworks effectively.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, capable of fostering cross-functional alignment and leading enterprise initiatives across multiple organizations.

• Proficient in developing KPIs, dashboards, and metrics for platform or tool adoption.

• Demonstrated capability in managing vendor relationships and optimizing enterprise licensing structures.
