This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive servicing relationship for designated clients across all business lines.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans, operational initiatives, and programs in collaboration with both internal and external leadership.
• Facilitate all facets of client servicing alongside the Client Growth Executive and various enterprise business units.
• Advocate on behalf of assigned clients, enhance consultative member service, promote Velera's products and services, and manage initiatives and service requests.
• Offer expertise and assistance for client escalations and resolutions.
• Act as a consultant to senior leadership, strategic partners, and vendor partners regarding resolution action plans and production-related challenges.
• Assess issues, determine root causes, and spearhead actions to mitigate impacts.
• Oversee intricate client programs and manage strategic client relationships.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to others.
• Direct resolution delivery for client initiatives and operational challenges.
• Engage in client projects such as financial institution mergers, new product pilots, promotions, and campaigns.
• Consult with clients on strategic planning, program management, solution delivery, product deployment, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding client initiatives.
• Function as the main operational liaison for clients with Velera's delivery and production teams.
• Create and present agendas, presentations, status reports, business reviews, and operational/service documentation.
• Maintain communication with clients concerning service satisfaction and everyday service delivery.
• Provide updates to Velera's senior leadership and client senior executives.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and pertinent experience is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in client relationship management or client servicing within the financial services sector is required.
• Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives, client outcomes, and customer success is essential.
• Project Management experience is preferred.
