Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Travel to customer locations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools.

• Deliver exceptional technical service to clients to ensure optimal performance of sheet metal machinery.

• Record customer machine details and technical conditions while providing suggestions for improvements.

• Educate customers on operating and/or servicing machines to achieve maximum productivity.

• Serve as a TRUMPF Service ambassador, collaborating directly with customers during installations and repairs to support their business success.

• Hands-on problem solver with experience in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics.
