Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and provide ongoing technical maintenance for hardware and software products, primarily at customer locations.

• Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance within a designated area.

• Assess product functionality, address any issues, and escalate matters according to established protocols.

• Organize service appointments and complete necessary documentation.

• Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and clarity regarding product usage.

• Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions utilizing diagnostic tools.

• Execute component-level hardware repairs.

• Clean and adjust mechanical components as required.

• Configure and install relevant software applications.

• Replenish consumables as instructed.

• Install, relocate, modify, and remove hardware and software products as necessary.

• Educate and train customers on the proper use of installed hardware and software.

• Engage in training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required education or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
