Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide servicing and repairs for stairlifts, micro-lifts, and goods lifting equipment.

• Carry out servicing, minor repairs, and call-out visits for disabled aid products, micro-lifts, and goods lifts.

• Manage a service route throughout South East London.

• Uphold a high standard of customer service and care.

• Perform thorough risk assessments effectively.

• Fill out log cards accurately.

• Engage in the on-call rota as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer, specifically with stairlift expertise.

• NVQ Level 2 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge is critical.

• Must possess a valid UK driving license.

• A clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is necessary.

• Capability to participate in the on-call rota is essential.

• Applicants must hold the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
