This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Oversee a multi-zip-code territory within two hours of Natchitoches, LA or adjacent areas, with up to 80% of the role involving driving.

• Identify, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and reduce callbacks.

• Install, service, and upgrade shipping and mailing equipment from Pitney Bowes.

• Educate clients to confidently utilize the equipment.

• Utilize hand tools and small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment is maintained.

• Provide support to clients using Pitney Bowes mailing and shipping technologies, including Inserters and Smart Lockers.

• Operate independently in a remote, field-based service position with occasional travel beyond the primary service radius.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the US.

• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and dependable transportation are required.

• Capability to lift items weighing 55+ lbs.

• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended durations.

• Comfortable with significant driving time and working autonomously in the field.

• Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking is preferred.

• Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment is preferred.

• Enjoyment in working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components is essential.
