Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Service and repair stairlifts, micro-lifts, and goods lifting equipment.

• Carry out servicing, minor repairs, and call-out visits for disabled aid products, micro-lifts, and goods lifts.

• Uphold a high standard of service and customer care.

• Execute thorough risk assessments.

• Complete log cards accurately.

• Cover a designated route throughout South East London.

• Participate in the on-call rota.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer with expertise in stairlifts.

• Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) or possess transferable electrical/mechanical engineering experience.

• Must have a valid UK driving license.

• Clean DBS check is required.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.

• Applicants must have the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Must be available to participate in the on-call rota.

• Working hours are 8:00 AM–4:45 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM–3:45 PM on Friday.
