Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Provide technical troubleshooting assistance to installers and customers through phone or digital platforms.

• Offer commissioning support both remotely and on-site.

• Collaborate with colleagues and departments at both local and international levels to address customer concerns.

• Plan and coordinate logistics for sending replacement inverters and assist with their collection.

• Aid in the qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners.

• Accurately document relevant case information using CRM software.

• Conduct training sessions for customers or internal staff.

• Identify opportunities to enhance products and processes, boost customer satisfaction, and improve company cost-efficiency.

• Gather customer feedback, including satisfaction data, to facilitate ongoing improvements in the after-sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• State-certified electrician, ideally with a specialization in photovoltaic technology, renewable energy, or a similar field.

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in business English.

• Knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers in both distribution and utility-scale segments.

• Familiarity with product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, and tender stipulations.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a PV-related industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
