Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone and remote technical support, as well as remote diagnostics to external healthcare clients and field partners.

• Represent Philips by addressing customer inquiries.

• Utilize Philips tools and resources to resolve customer service events.

• Elevate customer product concerns to higher-level support when necessary.

• Utilize remote tools to address issues, minimizing the need to dispatch Field Service Engineers.

• Apply best practices and process enhancements while troubleshooting problems.

• Implement effective solutions and identify follow-up actions.

• Enhance productivity through the use of remote tools and technical expertise.

• Address product inquiries via telephone, email, or chat.

• Operate in a field capacity outside company premises, typically at customer or supplier locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Systems—Azurion and/or Allura systems.

• Capability to comprehend and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking principles for the installation, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.

• Proficient knowledge and use of essential tools and testing equipment.

• An Associate Degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to function in an office/home office and/or remote environment, as well as in a hospital/healthcare setting.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.

• Capacity to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.

• Must be able to wear the necessary personal protective equipment.

• Valid US work authorization; candidates needing current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered.
