Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver remote technical assistance and diagnostics to healthcare clients and field partners utilizing advanced remote access technologies.

• Address customer queries as a representative of Philips with prompt and precise troubleshooting support.

• Resolve service-related issues using internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources.

• Elevate complex product challenges to higher-level support.

• Utilize remote capabilities to efficiently resolve issues and minimize onsite service dispatches.

• Act as a primary remote technical expert for healthcare clients and field teams.

• Execute field-role responsibilities outside company premises, typically at customer or supplier locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in remote software systems.

• Strong proficiency in structured query language (SQL).

• Familiarity with Windows server environments.

• Skills in computer networking.

• Expertise in technical solutions authoring.

• Capability to address mechanical and electrical challenges.

• Associate degree or higher; preferably in a technical field.

• Ability to fulfill minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the Field Service role, with or without accommodation.

• US work authorization is mandatory.

• Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future.

• Must be a resident of the United States.

• Flexibility and readiness to work with a diverse range of Philips products.
