This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee technician availability and job queues throughout the day.
β’ Allocate and monitor field jobs utilizing dispatch platforms and outage tools.
β’ Address Priority 1 and 2 alarms, escalations, and issues arising from missed appointments.
β’ Provide ETAs and job updates to internal teams and clients.
β’ Record job status and actions in Teams, email, and tracking systems.
β’ Collaborate across shifts to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity.
β’ Organize field operations, manage technician schedules, and ensure prompt resolution of service requests and outages.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center is required.
β’ At least 1 year of experience working from home is necessary.
β’ Self-starter capable of working independently and adhering to the assigned schedule with minimal supervision.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills.
β’ Professional and articulate speaking voice.
β’ Proficient in multitasking across various computer applications while engaging with customers.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, at times chaotic environment while maintaining professionalism.
β’ Technologically savvy and able to troubleshoot minor technical issues with minimal help.
β’ Basic math skills are essential.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities.
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ Minimum upload speed of 25Mbps; download speed of 50Mbps.
β’ Internet service provider must have high stability with 1% or less packet loss.
β’ Latency should be under 100ms.
β’ USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone is required; 3.5 mm and gaming-style headsets are not acceptable.
β’ Must have an available cell phone or tablet and the capability to install required 2FA software for multifactor authentication.
β’ All equipment provided.
