This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise service operations across the Pacific Northwest region.
• Ensure the provision of exceptional service and support for biomedical equipment at partner customer locations.
• Lead a team of Biomedical Technicians stationed at key customer sites.
• Organize service activities while fostering strong customer relationships.
• Act as the primary contact for prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain expertise in designated regions, coverage areas, product lines, and configuration installations.
• Establish and uphold continuous technical and business support for assigned clients.
• Recruit and nurture talent, focusing on staffing and performance enhancement.
• Implement policies and strategies leveraging technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Suggest solutions for complex manufacturing processes involving diverse technical aspects and interconnected production cycles.
• Serve as a mentor for less experienced team members.
• Lead minor, low-risk projects while building consensus within the team.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical services sector; OR military education equivalent and at least 4 years of experience in the medical services field; OR an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the medical services industry; OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in the medical services industry.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing technical teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to work from home in a dedicated office environment, free from distractions, with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Previous experience in servicing biomedical equipment or leading biomedical teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Skills in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established project management abilities.
• Experience interfacing with both external and internal customers.
• Familiarity with P&L statements.
