This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Act as a field-based Regional Clinical Liaison specializing in HIV Treatments.
β’ Deliver approved, on-label scientific and clinical knowledge to healthcare professionals, national/regional KOLs/MOLs, key decision makers, and other stakeholders.
β’ Enhance regional scientific visibility by interpreting approved clinical evidence, concepts of treatment individualization, and labeled product information.
β’ Establish a regional feedback mechanism that encompasses KOL influence networks, customer perceptions, resource deficiencies, and barriers to engagement or adoption.
β’ Participate in essential sales meetings and national congresses as required.
β’ Cultivate compliant relationships with KOLs, MOLs, clinical leaders, regional societies, key influencers, and selected key decision makers.
β’ Provide education on disease and products using approved resources that align with labeling and field policies.
β’ Confirm KOL/MOL targets and pinpoint regional/local influence networks.
β’ Relay approved insights to Scientific Strategy leadership and cross-functional teams.
β’ Utilize approved materials, collect structured feedback, and identify gaps in training, resources, or scientific support.
β’ Assist in local and regional congresses, community events, and field engagement opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams.
β’ Collect actionable insights from stakeholders to shape marketing strategies and brand planning.
β’ Ensure compliance with field policies, approved content, labeling, ethical standards, and company regulations.
β’ Be prepared to travel approximately 50% of the time.
β’ Possess an advanced clinical degree (PharmD, DNP/NP/PA); US residency/fellowship training is preferred where applicable.
β’ Hold board certification or equivalent clinical specialization in infectious diseases, internal medicine, pharmacy practice, or a related field.
β’ Maintain current US professional licensure/credentialing relevant to the role.
β’ Have a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience within the US.
β’ Ideally possess direct clinical care experience in HIV, HIV-focused public health experience, or HIV-related pharmacy experience.
β’ Previous experience in a medical business-related role collaborating with commercial teams is preferred.
β’ Preferably have clinical, research, or public health experience in HIV prevention or treatment.
β’ Experience working with community-based organizations and providers serving populations disproportionately affected by HIV is preferred.
β’ A proven history of representing an organization at professional meetings is preferred.
β’ Exhibit strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
β’ Have a valid driving license.
β’ Residency in the US and Puerto Rico is required.
