Service Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of digital products focused on user needs.

• Ensure that development activities are in line with user requirements and that the client's systems are effectively integrated.

• Enhance collaboration with departments, schools, and other stakeholders to gather insights and develop software tailored to the client's specifications.

• Conduct and analyze user research to simplify service offerings.

• Lead integration teams that work with operational and complex systems engineering.

• Organize workshops for product brainstorming, persona creation, and user research.

• Create user and business documentation along with supporting materials.

• Specify and clarify requirements while managing any discrepancies.

• Conduct product handoffs to relevant teams.

• Establish acceptance criteria for deliverables.

• Assess and validate proposed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field in service design.

• Certification is not mandatory.

• Preferred experience includes 4 years in digital service design.

• Experience in conducting and interpreting user research is essential.

• Proven experience managing integration teams involved with operations and complex systems engineering.

• Familiarity with agile frameworks and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception, Design Thinking, SAFe, Customer Experience, DevOps, Systems Engineering, OKRs, and Business Agility.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools, including Marvel, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, and InVision.

• Knowledge of mobile application design for iOS and Android, as well as responsive design principles.

• Experience in facilitating workshops for product ideation, persona development, and user research.

• Background in developing user and business documentation.

• Experience in evaluating and validating various solutions.
