This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative design concepts and executions encompassing brand identity, campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and presentations.

• Create layouts, mood boards, and visual explorations to evaluate various creative directions.

• Transform approved concepts into consistent, high-quality assets across different formats.

• Implement typography, composition, color schemes, and image selection in every project.

• Present work and articulate design decisions clearly.

• Respond constructively to feedback and integrate learnings into subsequent rounds.

• Prepare precise final files and maintain an organized system for working files.

• Manage time effectively, communicate progress regularly, and proactively address questions or challenges.

• Collaborate closely with Design Directors, Creative Directors, writers, and specialized collaborators on brand identities, campaigns, and content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or brand team environment.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong foundational skills, conceptual thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

• Experience designing across various formats while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Ability to guide a project from initial exploration through to final execution with appropriate direction.

• Willingness to accept feedback and contribute your unique perspective.

• Skills in motion graphics, illustration, 3D design, web design, or AI-assisted creative exploration are considered valuable additional strengths.

• A portfolio showcasing your best work along with a brief description of your contributions to each project.
