Production Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and customize artwork for stationery, paper products, packaging, and various consumer items.

• Prepare and finalize production-ready files, ensuring precision in layouts, colors, specifications, and print requirements.

• Oversee multiple design projects, deadlines, revisions, and product launches simultaneously.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on artwork and proofs to guarantee consistency and readiness for production.

• Collaborate with Design, Production, Product Development, and Sales teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

• Keep files, project documentation, and asset libraries well-organized.

• Create mockups, presentations, and supplementary visual materials as necessary.

• Integrate feedback, address production-related challenges, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design or product design.

• Experience in designing tangible consumer products, ideally within stationery, paper goods, gifts, accessories, home goods, fashion, beauty, toys, or related fields.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Understanding of print production, prepress procedures, file preparation, color management, materials, and finishing techniques.

• Familiarity with project management and proofing tools (e.g., Monday.com, Lytho, Ziflow).

• Knowledgeable in using Dropbox, Miro, and other collaborative workflow tools.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional setting.

• Flexible, proactive, and able to balance creative design efforts with technical production demands.

• Experience with macOS.

• Willingness to work Tuesday-Saturday, from 6 AM to 3 PM.
