Service Delivery Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations and execution of designated service delivery projects.

• Adhere to assigned project timelines.

• Communicate effectively and maintain accountability in all interactions.

• Develop, enhance, and document service delivery processes.

• Ensure high performance standards in service-related procedures.

• Foster relationships with teams and stakeholders to facilitate collaborative project execution.

• Achieve defined service delivery metrics and meet customer expectations.

• Comprehend both third-party and internal processes, recommending strategies for service delivery optimization.

• Deliver accurate and timely status updates to management regarding all ongoing projects.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or coordination.

• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Demonstrated capability in driving process improvements across varied teams.

• Relevant experience in reporting, analysis, and ROI assessments.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Familiarity with cable and telecommunications products and services.

• Understanding of cable billing and dispatch systems, Salesforce.com, and Sitetracker.

• Must align with company values and demonstrate an understanding of Hotwire’s “Concierge” culture.

• Strong project management expertise and familiarity with project management tools.

• Solid comprehension of contract language and related agreements.

• Insight into field operations.
