Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee various regional retail bank renovation real estate projects from their inception to completion.

• Supervise the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and finalization phases.

• Coordinate renovation efforts within occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Collaborate with clients to develop the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessments.

• Identify project delivery resources through pre-approved lists or qualification processes.

• Conduct intricate requests for proposals, assess bids, and recommend resource allocations.

• Organize project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure project functions remain on track and address or escalate any issues that arise.

• Lead regular status meetings for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Work collaboratively on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion.

• Develop enhanced methodologies, contribute to processes and operational plans, and positively influence stakeholders.

• Mentor others and set a strong example.

• Travel regionally up to 25%-30% within the Eastern or Central time zones.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Experience in financial services is required.

• Experience with retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software is preferred.

• Capable of addressing unique challenges using both standard and innovative solutions.

• Possess expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
