Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Construction, Ground-Up/Fit-Outs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of regional retail banking construction projects from the ground up and fit-out phases all the way to completion.

• Manage the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout processes.

• Coordinate renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.

• Collaborate directly with clients to create scope of work, identify resource needs, develop cost estimates and budgets, and establish work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessments.

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through project qualification procedures.

• Conduct complex requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

• Lead the development of project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure project activities remain on schedule and address or escalate issues as necessary.

• Organize regular project status meetings.

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through execution and completion phases.

• Create enhanced methods for achieving both individual and departmental objectives.

• Mentor others and exemplify behaviors that align with company values.

• Persuade senior stakeholders and navigate divergent interests effectively.

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.

• Articulate complex ideas clearly to influence project outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, accompanied by 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Required experience in financial services client projects.

• Experience in retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or similar project management software.

• Strong organizational skills are essential.

• An advanced inquisitive mindset is necessary.

• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Capable of addressing unique challenges using both standard and innovative approaches.

• On-site presence and requirements may vary based on client needs.

• SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
