Service Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee client interactions throughout the entire service delivery lifecycle.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, from everyday users to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and operational performance in line with established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Monitor, assess, and report on service delivery metrics.

• Promote continuous improvement and enhance client satisfaction.

• Coordinate and assist in resolving client inquiries, service challenges, and delivery-related projects.

• Comprehend client business objectives, operational priorities, and product needs.

• Identify opportunities to enhance service, boost product adoption, minimize client downtime, and improve client experience.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to showcase value and pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Stay informed about industry trends, financial markets, and product developments.

• Gather and champion client feedback to promote operational enhancements and influence product evolution.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to foster long-term partnerships, retention, and client success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with financial services, capital markets, or related financial technology sectors.

• At least 2 years of experience in Service Delivery, Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a similar client-facing role within financial services, fintech, or technology.

• A customer-first mindset accompanied by a passion for achieving outstanding client results.

• Strong relationship management skills, particularly in engaging senior decision-makers.

• Self-driven and proactive, with a willingness to seek solutions and broaden knowledge.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including issue identification, risk management, and resolution.

• Superior written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables concurrently.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business productivity tools.

• Solid documentation, reporting, and service governance skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.

• Candidates with extensive hands-on experience leading client-facing projects, service delivery initiatives, or operational improvement programs within a financial services or technology context will also be considered.
