Service Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Define, document, agree upon, monitor, measure, report, and review the quality of IT services delivered in accordance with the company’s governance model.

• Foster and enhance relationships and communication with both customers and internal teams.

• Ensure that specific and measurable objectives are established for all IT services.

• Track and enhance customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Manager of Service Delivery.

• Supervise incident management processes to guarantee prompt responses, resolutions, and effective communication with clients during service interruptions.

• Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary escalation point, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for increased value delivery.

• Implement industry best practices, standard operating procedures, and processes that support efficient service delivery and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional fluency in French.

• Professional fluency in English.

• 3–5 years of experience in customer communication.

• Strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.

• Capability to serve as a consultant, advisor, customer advocate, and project leader for clients.

• Ability to evaluate customer feedback and drive necessary enhancements.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
