This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide leadership to multiple service managers within the designated region.
• Inspire team members to achieve or surpass annual EBITA, sales targets, and KPI objectives.
• Drive and execute standard practices and protocols at the assigned service center locations.
• Lead operational efficiency, sales, and marketing efforts for the designated locations.
• Recruit and oversee Service Managers for branch locations in the area.
• Engage in staffing processes to ensure timely filling of positions with qualified candidates.
• Communicate effectively with direct reports regarding procedures, methods, and their implementation.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Provide direct support for career advancement, coaching, and training initiatives.
• Ensure that required training is completed in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement best practices across the branches.
• Recognize top performers and position them to mentor others.
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about FleetPride safety policies, programs, and procedures.
• Review monthly financial performance for all assigned branches and develop improvement plans as necessary.
• Assist Accounts Receivables with overdue accounts and make collection calls as needed.
• Collaborate with Service Managers to recruit and retain technicians while advising on market compensation.
• Create plans to support and expand local markets, focusing on current business growth and new customer acquisition.
• Approve expenses up to budget limits.
• Regularly visit each branch location, with a focus on those performing below expectations.
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• At least 8 years of experience in the heavy-duty truck service industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Familiarity with analytical, statistical, and financial processes and procedures.
• Strong professionalism, credibility, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate performance effectively.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Management skills in personnel resources.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Active learning aptitude.
• Proficient time management skills.
• Capability to solve simple equations and apply mathematics to resolve issues.
• Excellent critical thinking abilities.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access.
• Familiarity with iSeries and Power BI reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
