This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee comprehensive service operations throughout Oceania.
• Record, allocate, reallocate, and supervise service requests and work orders within ServiceMax.
• Act as the primary customer liaison through phone and email communications.
• Transform approved estimates into work orders and invoice for completed tasks.
• Manage customer and supplier procurement platforms, including Ariba.
• Create, manage, and follow up on customer quotations.
• Maintain contract pricing, sales agreements, instrument records, and asset information in SAP and ServiceMax.
• Organize equipment logistics, demonstrations, returns, credits, parts procurement, shipments, and customs documentation.
• Provide Safety Data Sheets and related documentation for customers.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding and setup within customer procurement systems.
• Administer customer master data and product/part-number records.
• Establish supplier credit accounts and generate purchase orders.
• Coordinate proforma invoices and assist with customer prepayment transactions.
• Offer backup support for Contract Sales, Consumables Sales, and Contract Administration.
• Assist with consignment inventory stocktakes, reconciliation, and billing processes.
• Provide administrative support for import permits and regulatory registrations, including AICIS and Poisons Permits.
• Aid Accounts Receivable with the collection of overdue payments.
• Manage the Oceania customer service inbox, directing inquiries and orders to the appropriate teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within a technical industry.
• Strong skills in relationship building.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management software systems; experience with SFDC and ServiceMax is advantageous.
• Trained or capable of being trained in SAP usage.
• High level of proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Sound understanding of industry standards and customer service expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar position with a service team is highly valued.
