This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +3 more states.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
• Actively manage accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Address customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Promote products within the Paper Service Division.
• Serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing customer relationships.
• Foster account growth by aligning with client objectives and goals.
• Ensure client retention and satisfaction throughout the designated territory.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Keep organized and detailed records of territory activities in the company CRM system.
• Represent assigned product lines during visits to mills.
• Oversee territory forecasts, budgets, and cost management.
• Develop, implement, and follow account-success processes and workflows.
• Travel throughout the Southwest USA region to visit mills and manufacturing facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Science) with 3–5 years of experience in the Pulp and Paper industry, or a combination of education and experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer needs.
• Sales experience and established relationships with customers in the region are preferred.
• Required knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel; approximately 80% of the time spent in the field.
• Capability to work in varying conditions such as temperature, noise, dust, dirt, fumes, and around heavy-duty machinery.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Strong visual acuity, mobility, hearing, manual dexterity, balance, endurance for long hours, and ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory.
