Service Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide sales coverage for the South Central USA region, which includes Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.

• Market and sell products for the Paper Service Divisions.

• Act as the primary contact to establish new and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Enhance account growth by understanding the objectives and goals of clients.

• Foster client retention and satisfaction across the territory.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Keep organized and detailed records of the territory within the company CRM system.

• Represent all assigned product lines during each mill visit.

• Oversee territory forecasts, budgets, and cost management.

• Develop, adhere to, and assist in implementing processes and workflows aimed at account success.

• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or 5 to 10 years of experience in the Pulp and Paper industry.

• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Sales experience along with established relationships with clients in the region is preferred.

• Required knowledge of the ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines.

• Willingness to travel, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks when multiple responsibilities require attention.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.

• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs., climbing stairs, and wearing necessary personal protective equipment.

• Must possess visual acuity, excellent mobility, good hearing, manual dexterity, and balance.

• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
