Serious Injury Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of intricate serious injury claims from initial strategy formulation to final resolution.

• Take the lead on matters related to liability, quantum, rehabilitation, interim payments, and settlement strategies.

• Collaborate closely with clients, their families, legal counsel, medical professionals, and other specialists.

• Provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship to junior team members.

• Ensure adherence to high standards of technical quality, collaboration, and client service.

• Manage complex road traffic accident claims and influence the strategy and outcomes of life-altering cases.

• Lead a committed team, supported by assistant fee earners and paralegals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent senior-level expertise in serious injury cases.

• A proven history of managing complex serious injury cases involving liability and quantum.

• Exceptional technical skills and a solid understanding of litigation and court procedures.

• A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality client care.

• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior colleagues.

• Strong commercial awareness and sound professional judgement.
