This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more state.
• Lead a team of six hands-on technical SEO specialists within the Implementer group.
• Streamline and enhance processes using the platform and agentic solutions.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, performance evaluations, daily team syncs, and lead huddles.
• Manage capacity and project planning, set quarterly team goals, and approve time tracking.
• Address escalated client calls, resolve complex issues, navigate conflicts, and manage accounts at risk of churn.
• Monitor escalations until resolution and facilitate post-mortems and offboarding discussions.
• Cultivate client relationships while ensuring implementation quality, onboarding excellence, and customer wellbeing.
• Evaluate fit with potential new clients and spearhead strategy reviews for underperforming accounts.
• Identify schema errors, indexation issues, traffic declines, migration challenges, platform failures, and integration problems.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement solutions and confirm resolutions.
• Manage team, customer, retention, and health scorecards along with leadership reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, internal tools, and API integrations.
• Create and pilot AI tools utilized by the team.
• Maintain and update the SOP library, package scopes, templates, and processes that involve cross-team collaboration.
• Must be AI native or possess a high level of competency with AI tools.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (C1 to C2 level).
• 1 to 2+ years of direct team management experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience handling client escalations on live calls.
• 1 to 2+ years of practical SEO experience.
• Skill in diagnosing schema errors, indexation issues, and traffic declines.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Understanding of how websites, CMSs, and APIs interconnect.
• Ability to interpret errors and articulate necessary fixes.
• Experience overseeing a structured onboarding or implementation process from start to finish.
• Background in developing internal tools, dashboards, or automations.
• Familiarity with Linear, ClickUp, Hubstaff, Stripe, and API integrations like GSC, GA4, and GBP.
• Willingness to work during EST hours.
• 15 days of paid time off (PTO).
