This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the comprehensive global organic growth strategy to enhance brand visibility across search engines and AI answer engines, while generating a high-quality SQO pipeline.
• Execute in-depth keyword analysis aimed at BOFU and MOFU SaaS buyer journeys.
• Deliver actionable guidelines to content creators for high-intent topics, structured outlines, and topical authority clusters.
• Enhance product pages, blog hubs, and digital resources employing CRO principles to optimize lead capture.
• Oversee site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and technical performance in collaboration with the web developer.
• Improve brand visibility and product interpretation within LLMs through authoritative citations, semantic entities, and review ecosystems.
• Propel international organic growth through multi-market SEO, hreflang implementation, content localization, and region-specific technical enhancements.
• Monitor organic KPIs, including pipeline contribution, demo signups, keyword movements, and traffic using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush.
• Design and implement SEO and CRO experiments, such as title/meta tests, template modifications, and internal linking strategies.
• Conduct technical audits and landscape analyses to identify growth opportunities and experiment with new methodologies in the evolving search landscape.
• Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical SEO experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or technology setting.
• Extensive knowledge in technical SEO, schema markup, site migrations, and site performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in tracking and influencing visibility in AI-answer engines (GEO) utilizing specialized tools or custom tracking workflows.
• Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, crawling software (e.g., Screaming Frog), SEO suites (Ahrefs, Semrush), and emerging AI visibility platforms.
• Established history of linking organic search performance directly to revenue, signups, and pipeline growth.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams.
