SEO Specialist – Brand Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at enhancing website rankings for brand-specific search terms.

• Initiate, optimize, and promote satellite websites to secure and sustain top rankings on Google.

• Formulate and implement content and link-building strategies.

• Assess SERPs, competitors, and ranking elements to uncover growth opportunities.

• Keep track of Google algorithm changes, evaluate their effects, and modify SEO strategies as necessary.

• Investigate and assess expired domains for SEO initiatives.

• Create and test SEO hypotheses to enhance rankings and boost organic traffic performance.

• Track SEO performance, evaluate outcomes, and fine-tune strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical SEO experience within the gambling/iGaming sector.

• Demonstrated success in launching and promoting websites in highly competitive markets.

• Experience with Tier 1 / Tier 2 markets.

• Comprehensive understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and Google updates.

• Hands-on experience in SERP analysis, competitor research, and the development of SEO strategies.

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Familiarity with expired domains, including their search, analysis, and quality evaluation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for adjusting SEO strategies based on performance metrics.

• Capacity to work independently, take charge of projects, and achieve results.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian, both written and spoken.

• Nice to have: Experience with satellite websites, mono-brand, or cross-brand SEO initiatives.

• Nice to have: Experience dealing with Google penalties, filters, and domain blocks.
