SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement the comprehensive SEO strategy in line with business growth goals.

• Spot opportunities to enhance organic traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates.

• Formulate and execute both short-term and long-term SEO strategies across various digital platforms.

• Keep track of search engine algorithm changes, industry developments, and competitor movements.

• Conduct technical SEO assessments and prioritise necessary enhancements.

• Work alongside developers to address issues related to crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, structured data, site layout, URL, canonicalisation, redirects, and XML sitemaps.

• Carry out keyword research and evaluate search intent along with competitor performance.

• Generate SEO-oriented content briefs and enhance existing content and landing pages.

• Recognise content deficiencies and scalable organic growth prospects.

• Refine metadata, headings, page arrangement, and on-page content.

• Design and execute internal linking strategies.

• Assist in backlink acquisition, digital authority enhancement, outreach, and partnership efforts.

• Evaluate SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.

• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes.

• Create SEO performance reports that include actionable insights and recommendations.

• Update key stakeholders on SEO progress and its impact on business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical SEO experience with a successful history of driving organic growth.

• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content SEO.

• Experience in planning and executing SEO strategies from initial concept through to completion.

• Proficient in tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console.

• Strong analytical abilities with the skill to convert data into practical recommendations.

• Proven success in enhancing rankings, boosting organic traffic, and generating qualified leads or conversions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setting.

• Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and project management skills.
