This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on technical SEO implementations across WordPress sites, focusing on optimizing canonical structures, on-page signals, internal linking, structured data, crawlability, and indexation.

• Create and execute backlink, content, and authority-building strategies to enhance organic search growth.

• Formulate and execute GEO and AI Search strategies to boost visibility, relevance, and citations within Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

• Design and manage A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to enhance conversion outcomes on digital assets.

• Collaborate with UI, content, and web development teams to embed SEO and AI Search best practices into development and content workflows.

• Assess site health, Core Web Vitals, technical performance, and organic/AI search visibility.

• Provide clear communication of status updates.

• Gradually assume ownership of the SEO strategy as the role progresses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

• Established expertise in technical SEO practices, including canonical structures, on-page optimization, internal linking, structured data, technical audits, and backlink strategies.

• Strong preference for experience with GEO, AI Search, LLM SEO, or optimization for AI-driven search experiences.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies.

• Practical experience with WordPress and Cloudflare technical configurations.

• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and/or comparable SEO platforms.

• Proven ability to work independently on SEO implementation alongside web development, content, and design teams.

• Experience with Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity is advantageous.
