Senior SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create strategic visions, roadmaps, and measurement plans for client projects.

• Develop SEO program forecasts for both current and prospective clients.

• Establish and nurture relationships with designated accounts within the agency and client organizations.

• Lead client workstreams and internal initiatives utilizing project management tools.

• Highlight SEO achievements and advocate for recommendations to stakeholders.

• Coordinate both in-person and virtual client visits and training sessions.

• Ensure the consistent application of standards and contribute to the development of new deliverables.

• Directly manage team members, set performance expectations, and evaluate their performance.

• Guarantee that the team possesses the essential skills, training, and resources.

• Collaborate with various departments to create new products and enhance existing ones.

• Write thought leadership articles and strengthen relationships across departments.

• Promote collaboration between the SEO team and other business units.

• Design and deliver internal and external training sessions.

• Play a significant role in sales presentations.

• Define project scopes and prepare statements of work and addendums for SEO services.

• Assist with SEO profit and loss oversight, including revenue tracking, expense management, and forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience, including knowledge of content strategy, web development, and off-site platforms such as YouTube.

• Strong ability to persuade others through logical and compelling arguments supported by real data and illustrative examples.

• Excellent self-management and organizational skills, with a readiness to seek assistance when needed.

• Outstanding communication abilities through writing, speaking, and visual presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides.

• Advanced proficiency with SEO tools like Screaming Frog and Semrush.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Experience with Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with Looker Studio.
