SEO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of revenue for current affiliate websites.

• Formulate and execute long-term SEO strategies.

• Enhance high-value pages to improve rankings and click-through rates.

• Oversee backlink campaigns spanning multiple affiliate platforms.

• Initiate new affiliate sites from start to finish, incorporating keyword clustering, topic mapping, content structuring, and stakeholder alignment.

• Perform content audits and enhance SERP feature acquisition.

• Manage link-building strategies and work with agencies and publishers to boost domain authority.

• Investigate potential publishers and assess new market sizes.

• Analyze domain authority and traffic patterns.

• Review expansion strategies against business growth frameworks.

• Lead and develop a team of SEO Content Managers.

• Establish priorities, ensure accountability among team members, provide coaching for professional growth, and manage challenging discussions.

• Report directly to the Head of Product.

• Collaborate with publishers, vertical managers, and content teams to transform SEO opportunities into quantifiable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in both on-page and off-page SEO.

• Proven history of driving large-scale organic growth.

• Demonstrated experience in team management while upholding high standards.

• Proficiency in German at the C2 level.

• Fluent in English at a C1+ level.

• Ideally located in Berlin, although remote candidates will also be considered.

• Possess an analytical and systematic mindset.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and make decisions under pressure.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, flat, startup-like environment.

• Experience in the iGaming sector or other affiliate marketing fields is advantageous.
