This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Assist in the execution of SEO strategies for key priority markets, managing daily technical, on-page, off-page, and SEO content activities.

• Identify and assess opportunities for organic growth and visibility across both traditional and AI-enhanced search platforms.

• Oversee and enhance site content using the CMS alongside content teams and external agencies.

• Lead initiatives for local content optimization and evaluate their impact on visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Support technical SEO projects and work with relevant teams to implement necessary enhancements.

• Play a role in off-page SEO and initiatives aimed at building authority.

• Utilize analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) approaches to enhance the commercial value of organic traffic.

• Track brand and content visibility in AI-driven search environments.

• Manage various SEO projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

• Monitor and analyze organic performance, providing insights and recommended priorities for designated markets/projects.

• Proficient in SEO across technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines, with demonstrable examples of work and its impact.

• Strong skills in content optimization, with a solid understanding of content, search intent, site architecture, and user experience.

• Significant expertise in technical SEO or practical experience in off-page SEO.

• Possess analytical skills and a CRO-oriented mindset, using data to pinpoint opportunities and align SEO efforts with business results.

• Practical experience with content management systems.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English.

• Previous experience in the iGaming sector.

• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, as well as tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Experience with AI-powered search, AI visibility, and AEO/GEO is a plus.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms beyond WordPress is advantageous.

• Experience in regulated markets is beneficial.

• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
