SEO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the affiliate portfolio and enhance its growth.

• Collaborate with major publishers globally to transform SEO opportunities into quantifiable business outcomes.

• Formulate and execute long-term SEO strategies for current affiliate websites.

• Optimize high-quality pages to improve rankings and click-through rates (CTR).

• Oversee backlink campaigns across various affiliate websites.

• Initiate new affiliate websites from start to finish, including keyword clustering, topic mapping, content structuring, and coordination with stakeholders.

• Conduct content audits and enhance the utilization of SERP features.

• Supervise link-building efforts and collaborate with agencies and publishers to boost domain authority.

• Research publishers, analyze new markets, and evaluate domain authority and traffic trends.

• Identify expansion opportunities utilizing business growth frameworks.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of SEO Content Managers.

• Report to the Head of Organic while working closely with publishers, Vertical Managers, and content teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in both on-page and off-page SEO.

• Proven track record of driving organic growth.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with an emphasis on team development, motivation, and achieving high performance.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Fluent in English (C1+).

• Confident in managing stakeholders in both German and English.

• Ideally located in Berlin; remote work is an option for the right candidate.

• Analytical and methodical approach to work.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure.

• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, flat, startup-like environment.

• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing sectors is advantageous.
