This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the complete global organic growth strategy to enhance brand recognition across search engines and AI response platforms.
• Generate a high-quality sales-qualified opportunity (SQO) pipeline.
• Conduct keyword analysis focused on the bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) and middle-of-funnel (MOFU) SaaS buyer journeys.
• Deliver actionable briefs to SEO content writers and content creators.
• Enhance product pages, blog hubs, and digital resources utilizing conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Oversee site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and technical performance.
• Improve brand visibility and product representation within large language models (LLMs).
• Propel international organic growth through multi-market SEO, hreflang implementation, content localization, and region-specific technical enhancements.
• Monitor organic key performance indicators (KPIs) including pipeline contribution, demo signups, keyword shifts, and website traffic.
• Design and implement SEO and CRO experiments.
• Conduct technical audits and landscape assessments to uncover growth opportunities.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• At least 2 years specifically in a B2B SaaS or technology setting.
• Extensive knowledge in technical SEO, schema markup, site migrations, and site performance enhancement.
• Demonstrated experience in tracking and influencing AI-answer engine visibility (GEO) using specialized tools or customized tracking workflows.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, crawling software (e.g., Screaming Frog), SEO suites (Ahrefs, Semrush), and emerging AI visibility platforms.
• Proven success in linking organic search performance to revenue, signups, and pipeline growth.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams.
