This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Develop and enhance the technical infrastructure that supports customer acquisition, activation, and retention across Treatwell’s markets.
• Enhance how search engines and users perceive Treatwell’s marketplace.
• Implement instrumentation, support testing frameworks, and assist teams in validating concepts with data.
• Deliver user-facing enhancements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows, from problem identification through to production.
• Manage services comprehensively from architecture to deployment, adopting a DevOps approach.
• Convert growth and marketing opportunities into actionable engineering tasks while upholding high-quality standards.
• Collaborate across Treatwell’s Marketplace products and engage with three product engineering teams.
• Act as a key technical partner, collaborating with marketing and growth stakeholders.
• Assess the feasibility of requests, manage expectations, and balance business agility with technical excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in owning production-grade web applications from start to finish at a mid/senior level.
• Capability to take ownership of features from database schema to user interface without handoffs.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to assess trade-offs and upstream causes.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user needs and outcomes.
• Data-driven and hypothesis-driven approach with effective instrumentation and impact assessment.
• Proficient in partnering with non-engineering stakeholders to translate vague growth or marketing requirements into technical solutions.
• Background in SEO, experimentation, analytics, performance, or growth-related product domains.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar is advantageous.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Residing in any city within Italy or Spain.
• Valid work authorization in Italy or Spain.
