SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist with SEO, digital analytics, AI and LLM visibility, as well as the execution of paid media strategies for Aristotle and PredictIt.

• Perform technical, on-page, content, competitive, keyword, and content-gap SEO audits.

• Create prioritized SEO enhancement roadmaps.

• Examine crawlability, indexation, site health, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, structured data, and site architecture.

• Oversee on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema, internal linking, and content.

• Formulate and manage visibility strategies for AI-driven search and large language models.

• Plan, construct, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social media, programmatic, connected TV, display, video, and retargeting channels.

• Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, bidding, targeting, media allocation, creative assets, landing pages, audience segments, and messaging.

• Monitor and enhance acquisition, engagement, lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition cost, cost per lead, and return on ad spend KPIs.

• Assess advertising channels and partners, providing recommendations for investment and scaling decisions.

• Ensure campaign compliance with platform policies, privacy regulations, legal requirements, and ad review standards.

• Manage Google Analytics 4 across Aristotle and PredictIt web properties.

• Develop measurement frameworks and uphold UTM conventions, campaign taxonomy, dashboards, and reporting templates.

• Utilize Google Tag Manager to implement, document, test, and troubleshoot events, conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing tags.

• Validate data flow among websites, GA4, advertising platforms, CRM or lead systems, and reporting tools.

• Extract, quality-assure, analyze, and interpret data from GA4, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, paid media platforms, and other sources.

• Create recurring dashboards and reports detailing performance, trends, attribution constraints, opportunities, and suggested actions.

• Present insights to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop, edit, and coordinate marketing copy, graphics, videos, landing pages, and other digital materials.

• Uphold Aristotle and PredictIt’s brand messaging, visual identity, and tone.

• Document workflows and enhance tracking standards, campaign processes, and reporting.

• Undertake additional marketing and communication tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in SEO, digital analytics, and paid digital marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, analytics, business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.

• Proven technical SEO expertise, encompassing crawlability, indexing, site health, canonicals, redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.

• Experience executing comprehensive SEO audits and developing prioritized action plans.

• Proficient in Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.

• Experience in developing and managing paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, or CTV campaigns with significant budget responsibilities.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and various other advertising platforms.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.

• Familiar with Google Tag Manager, marketing pixels, event tracking, and data quality validation.

• Capability to analyze cross-channel performance and provide recommendations regarding budget, targeting, content, and campaigns.

• Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, brands, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders concurrently.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, curiosity, and personal accountability.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
