SEO Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess client properties and other owned assets to ensure compliance with SEO/GEO best practices.

• Formulate recommendations and evaluate the performance of client partnerships over time.

• Conduct website audits and generate corresponding recommendations.

• Analyze search intent, asset ranking potential, backlink profiles, advanced search features, and anomalies in SERPs.

• Perform keyword research across various segments of client websites.

• Compile analytical findings and convey strategic insights to internal stakeholders.

• Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Adobe Analytics, proprietary tools, and others as necessary.

• Create reports utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, and proprietary reporting tools.

• Address ad hoc requests and offer detailed, innovative potential solutions.

• Work in collaboration with the content department on data and insights that impact both internal and external deliverables.

• Report directly to a Technical SEO Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Ability to comprehend search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies.

• Proven capability to articulate and present reports or recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in leveraging analytics platforms and data to offer strategic recommendations and drive actionable results toward business objectives.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently.

• Established ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and foster collaborative relationships.

• Comfortable operating in environments with high levels of ambiguity and adapting swiftly to changes.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and consistency in project completion.
