SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Propel revenue expansion on current affiliate platforms

• Formulate and execute long-term SEO plans

• Manage both on-page and off-page SEO initiatives

• Conduct content evaluations and implement intent mapping

• Enhance CTR and capture SERP features on high-value web pages

• Develop and implement link-building strategies across various affiliate sites

• Collaborate with agencies, forums, and outreach partners to enhance domain authority

• Launch new affiliate sites from the ground up

• Oversee keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content organization based on market and competitor analysis

• Work with stakeholders to initiate new site launches

• Evaluate the effects of Google algorithm changes

• Analyze traffic fluctuations and devise recovery strategies

• Partner directly with major publishers

• Significant SEO background with robust, hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page tasks

• Proven history of driving substantial organic growth

• Proficient in both German and English

• Confident in engaging with stakeholders in both languages

• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize effectively

• Capable of supporting decisions with data-driven insights

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Able to independently manage a workstream

• Comfortable in a dynamic, flat, startup-like environment

• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing sectors is advantageous
