SEO Manager, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the SEO and AI visibility of GetMentioned.com

• Identify keywords and inquiries for Google and AI search

• Develop topics, compose briefs and original content, and refresh existing pages utilizing TextRocket and AI

• Coordinate with freelancers as necessary

• Oversee on-page and technical SEO, which includes internal linking, site architecture, metadata, structured data, indexing, and page speed

• Collaborate with the development team on technical SEO matters

• Enhance GetMentioned’s visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Overviews

• Strategize link building, mentions, and Digital PR through the marketplace

• Monitor Search Console, rankings, and AI mentions, analyzing changes on a weekly basis

• Provide support to a limited number of SEO clients with inquiries and offer strategic recommendations

• Contribute SEO expertise to the platform

• Test new features and relay customer requirements to the product team

• Share SEO responsibilities for GetMentioned.com with the management team

• Create or oversee the development of at least 5–10 new or updated content pieces weekly

• Drive growth in organic clicks, AI mentions, and registrations from organic search

• Address technical customer inquiries within one business day

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, either within an agency or in-house

• Demonstrated success in enhancing a website’s performance, with quantifiable results

• Proficient in Google Search Console, Sistrix or Ahrefs, and a content tool such as Surfer

• Capable of independently writing high-quality content with AI while discerning inadequate AI-generated material

• Able to independently prioritize tasks effectively

• Competent in analyzing problems independently and formulating the right questions before commencing work

• Receptive to feedback and able to implement it effectively

• Daily utilization of AI and familiarity with Claude Code / Codex

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German

• Good proficiency in written and spoken English

• Experience with AI visibility, link building, or B2B and SaaS websites is advantageous

• A proven track record with personal and client projects is a bonus

• Willingness to allocate 25 hours throughout all five weekdays and maintain daily availability

• CV should include a website and measurable SEO results

• Application must consist of exactly three sentences

• Submission of two work samples and live work during the selection process
