SEO & AIO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance on-page, off-page, and technical SEO/AIO strategies for clients across diverse platforms.

• Identify valuable keywords and formulate content strategies to boost rankings and attract relevant traffic.

• Perform audits, address technical issues, and execute schema markup, crawlability improvements, and mobile optimization.

• Work in conjunction with the content team to produce and refine SEO/AIO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.

• Apply outreach and backlink strategies to elevate domain authority and enhance search visibility.

• Track performance, traffic, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

• Generate actionable insights and provide regular reports to clients.

• Manage Google Business Profiles and enhance local search strategies for clinics.

• Collaborate with design, development, and paid search teams on integrated digital marketing strategies.

• Work closely with the Head of SEO and various departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and be able to work on-site in the UK.

• Proficient in SEO/AIO tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Skilled in analyzing data, recognizing trends, and modifying strategies to enhance performance.

• Ability to create innovative solutions for SEO and AIO challenges.

• Strong capability to present strategies and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.

• Passionate about SEO/AIO and keeping abreast of algorithm changes and trends.

• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable results.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of practical SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.

• Proven track record of delivering SEO/AIO growth in competitive markets.

• Familiarity with the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus.

• Basic understanding of paid search (PPC), paid social, and/or email marketing is an advantage.
