This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Take charge of the company's SEO strategy from inception to execution.

• Enhance technical SEO, content quality, site architecture, indexing, and overall search presence.

• Increase organic traffic and boost qualified signups and conversions.

• Elevate visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

• Experiment with and develop AEO/GEO strategies for AI-driven searches.

• Oversee and expand programmatic SEO pages covering various topics and markets.

• Utilize creator data to generate valuable content, studies, and SEO opportunities.

• Introduce free tools and resources to drive traffic and acquire backlinks.

• Monitor SEO performance, rankings, AI visibility, traffic, and conversions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and growth teams to execute SEO enhancements.

• Assist in digital PR and link-building efforts.

• Remain updated on SEO and AI search developments, while experimenting with new concepts.

• Report directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing.

• Minimum of 4 years of practical SEO experience with quantifiable outcomes.

• Solid background in technical and programmatic SEO.

• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and enhancing conversions.

• Direct experience with AI Search, AEO, or GEO.

• Strong grasp of site structure, indexing, structured data, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals.

• Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4/Amplitude, and WordPress.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without constant supervision.

• Eager and willing to test, learn, and innovate.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, data/API, or technology sectors.

• Must reside in a Latin American country; applications from outside LATAM will not be considered.
