This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Oversee and enhance crawlability, indexation, rendering, site performance, structured data, internal links, and international SEO.
β’ Identify intricate technical issues and prioritize suggestions based on their impact, effort, risk, dependencies, and alignment with business objectives.
β’ Implement modifications within the CMS.
β’ Collaborate with Web Engineering on technical SEO specifications, acceptance criteria, and quality assurance for releases.
β’ Direct technical SEO initiatives for migrations and significant site alterations, including redirect strategies, launch oversight, and post-launch corrections.
β’ Sustain taxonomy, structured content, internal linking, and data quality systems that facilitate scalable content discovery.
β’ Develop monitoring tools, dashboards, alerts, and repeatable procedures utilizing crawl, search, analytics, log, and CMS data.
β’ Leverage AI, scripts, APIs, and automation to enhance technical analysis, quality assurance, and consistent resolutions with human oversight.
β’ Collaborate across departments while reporting to the Senior Manager, SEO and GEO.
β’ At least 4 years of practical technical SEO experience on a complex SaaS, enterprise, international, or multi-audience website.
β’ In-depth understanding of crawling, indexing, rendering, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, robots directives, structured data, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and international SEO.
β’ Proven experience transitioning from technical diagnosis to implementation through CMS modifications, engineering requirements, quality assurance for releases, and measurement.
β’ Familiarity with an enterprise or headless CMS, including content models, publishing workflows, governance, and data quality.
β’ Background in supporting domain, CMS, platform, or acquired-site migrations.
β’ Strong analytical judgment.
β’ Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, crawl tools, Google Search Console, web analytics, and monitoring systems.
β’ Effective communication and leadership skills in cross-functional projects.
β’ Capability to make daily decisions autonomously and provide insights on larger decisions.
β’ Experience with Contentful, Vercel, Next.js, GitHub, GitLab, server log analysis, observability, automated testing, workflow automation, cybersecurity, developer products, or global websites catering to both business and consumer audiences is advantageous.
β’ Must already possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship will be offered.
