SEO Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and onboard top-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams.

• Structure and finalize CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements that align with the company's ROI objectives.

• Foster long-lasting partnerships with current affiliates.

• Equip affiliates with the necessary tools and incentives to promote growth.

• Analyze traffic data to optimize ROI and the value of player acquisition.

• Oversee traffic quality and ensure adherence to brand standards and anti-fraud measures.

• Collaborate with BI, CRM, and Product teams to enhance conversion funnels and improve player retention.

• Expand SEO traffic across regions including DACH, Canada, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Turkey, Morocco, and the UK.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.

• Must possess an established, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.

• Demonstrated success in navigating various markets, including the UK, Italy, Southeast Asia, LATAM, and MENA.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO metrics.

• Proficiency in using tracking platforms and analytics tools to assess traffic health.

• Exceptional negotiation skills.

• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.

• Quick and precise execution capabilities.
