📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior Engineering leadership to establish hiring strategies, role calibration, and execution of the hiring process.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment for intricate, high-impact technical positions within the Web3 space.

• Develop and consistently enhance structured hiring methodologies.

• Create and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by employing innovative sourcing tactics and leveraging market insights.

• Provide guidance on talent market trends, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning.

• Oversee the entire offer process, including strategies for closing senior and challenging candidates.

• Contribute to employer branding and narrative development within the Web3 ecosystem.
