This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take ownership and implement a regional roadmap that is aligned with the global strategy.
β’ Collaborate with regional Channel and Sales leadership to prioritize target partners, sales initiatives, resources, and business outcomes.
β’ Transform regional growth opportunities and field requirements into business cases, partner proposals, and program specifications.
β’ Create solutions, evaluate partner economics and downstream effects, and lead pilot programs with global program managers.
β’ Oversee comprehensive regional delivery encompassing commercial needs, processes, systems, enablement, and communication.
β’ Address ownership gaps, verify execution readiness, and guide post-launch stabilization efforts.
β’ Enhance partner engagement, field productivity, and business contributions by utilizing performance data and field insights.
β’ Persuade senior leaders and instigate corrective actions in cases of program underperformance.
β’ Develop reusable playbooks, minimize manual tasks and recurring exceptions, and replicate successful strategies across regions.
β’ Transition established programs to ongoing owners with well-defined processes, performance metrics, and governance structures.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Director, Global Partner Programs.
β’ Solid foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in partner programs, partner ecosystems, channel strategy, go-to-market execution, or business transformation.
β’ Demonstrated success in independently managing complex partner programs from the design phase through to launch, adoption, and measurable business results.
β’ Strong grasp of various partner routes to market (reseller, MSSP, GSI, cloud, etc.) including partner economics and commercial frameworks.
β’ Proven ability to influence senior leaders, resolve cross-functional trade-offs, and convert ambiguous requirements into actionable plans.
β’ Experience in utilizing AI-driven predictive analytics or operational tools to enhance regional partner program performance, identify promising GTM routes, or automate partner enablement processes.
β’ Background in cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or another intricate global B2B technology setting.
β’ Established track record of adapting global programs across various countries, leading pilots, developing repeatable playbooks, and employing automation to scale effective regional strategies.
