SEO Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee continuous communication and relationship management with SEO clients

• Facilitate client meetings and address inquiries, concerns, and difficult feedback

• Offer insights and recommendations related to technical, on-page, and off-page SEO

• Evaluate SEO performance and articulate findings, reasoning, and anticipated impact to non-technical stakeholders

• Develop and sustain client dashboards and reports utilizing SE Ranking, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and implement client SEO strategies

• Organize tasks, documentation, and communication through Asana, Google Drive, and Slack

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (C1+)

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO

• Experience in independently managing SEO client accounts, preferably within an SEO or digital marketing agency

• Capability to assess SEO performance and convert data into clear, actionable recommendations

• Proficient in leading client calls and managing objections or challenging questions in a professional manner

• Ability to simplify complex SEO concepts and respond to inquiries spontaneously in English

• Familiarity with SE Ranking, Semrush, or Ahrefs, in addition to Google Search Console and Google Analytics

• Knowledge of Asana, Google Drive, and Slack is advantageous

• Experience working with clients who possess a solid understanding of SEO is a plus

• Must reside in LATAM

• Availability for a full-time schedule aligned with EST/CST
