Senior/Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement multi-step AI agents that transform mortgage operations workflows.

• Incorporate third-party lending services APIs for disclosures, automated underwriting, and fraud detection.

• Create state-of-the-art job processing infrastructure on AWS to ensure observability and reliability.

• Deliver production-ready solutions from day one.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-25 years of comprehensive experience in full-stack web development, covering design to deployment.

• Over 5 years of experience at a senior level with TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, and Postgres.

• Proficient in AWS and Terraform.

• Preferred experience in the AI product development lifecycle (evaluations, datasets).

• Possess a security-focused mindset.

• Have a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset.

• Skilled in designing complex relational schemas.

• Availability for US working hours.

• Visa transfers are accepted (OPT, H1B transfers only).
